AQV Caviar is the result of collaboration with Giaveri, a company with more than 40 years of experience in farming sturgeons, one of the main sources of Italian caviar. The quality of water where sturgeons are farmed and the modern breeding method, assures the impressive quality and uniqueness of this product. Giaveri farms and transforms its own caviar entirely in its northern Italian fish farms. Salting is carried out by the traditional Russian Malossol method (utilizing small amounts of salt). The roe is rigorously selected by hand and packed manually in a controlled environment. This is a meticulous artisan process, a ritual that is perpetuated to maintain high standards of excellence over time.
Native to the Caspian and Danubian region, this Beluga Caviar comes from Huso Huso sturgeons bred for more than 30 years that produce a roe with an exceptional, soft, creamy flavor with a great balance taste. The size of the eggs and the delicacy of the skin make it absolutely inimitable. Production is limited to certain periods of the year and not always guaranteed.
